Environmental compliance is the foundation for the rule of law, good governance, and sustainable development.
To support practitioners in improving the effectivness of their compliance programs, Earthpace supports substantive and operational aspects of the Internaitonal Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement. Environmental compliance also imposes burdens on the governments and agencies creating compliance regimes as ineffective regulatory programs undercut the success of environmental goals. Earthpace assists governments around the world in implementing their regulatory programs and developing systems to measure and manage performance. Earthpace also works with its partners to develop international networks to share best practices on all facets of environmental compliance and to build capacity for environmental compliance around the world. |
