In his recent work, Gunnar has helped facilitate collaboration between environmental compliance and enforcement networks, performed analysis and written news commentary on carbon market regulation, and participated in developing proposals for new INECE initiatives. In his prior career as a marketing manager, Gunnar helped forge alliances with new business partners, planned and managed e-commerce web sites, drafted marketing copy, and managed compliance issues. Gunnar is admitted to practice law in New York and holds a J.D. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, an M.B.A. from Plymouth State University, and a B.A. from Yale.
