Meredith Reeves Koparova

mrk_colorMeredith Reeves Koparova is the director of international policy programs at Earthpace. In this position, Meredith acts as a primary consultant responsible for the day-to-day project management of the Secretariat of the International Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement (INECE). Meredith's work areas include communicating the importance of compliance with new and existing environmental law with climate co-benefits, designing performance measurement indicators to improve the efficiency of environmental compliance programs, and strengthening governance of fresh water resources. She has published articles in a number of INECE materials, and in Water International.

Meredith has developed content for, designed, and maintained Web sites and Web-based materials for clients including the International Network for Environmental Compliance and Enforcement (INECE), the United Nations Environment Programme, the US Environmental Protection Agency, and the World Bank Institute. She has consulted with organizations on the design and development of promotional materials and has advised clients on using digital media tools to effectively communicate information to target audiences.

Meredith is a founder and former Co-chair of the Washington DC Committee of Water For People and serves on the Board of Directors of Write to Change, a community literacy non-profit. She holds a MS in Agricultural Policy from Tufts University and a BA in environmental studies and biology from Middlebury College.
