Regulatory Analysis
Earthpace researches and analyzes environmental laws, regulations, and multilateral environmental agreements and develops strategies for its clients to meet legal and policy objectives.
Earthpace assists governments around the world in implementing their regulatory programs and developing systems to measure and manage performance. Earthpace has advised governments on legislative reforms and has designed applications for the use of satellite remote sensing data in compliance monitoring, emergency response, impact assessment, water resources, and other regulatory contexts.
- Earthpace has
designed applications for digital
technologies including satellite remote sensing and geographic
information systems to improve decision making in the environmental impact assessment process mandated
by the National Environmental Policy Act.
- Earthpace designed, negotiated, and
oversaw the implementation of litigation strategies
for matters under programs including the Clean Water
Act, the Safe Drinking Water Act, the Clean Air Act,
and Superfund (and their state-implemented progeny).

developer and citizens group of Cameron Station Citizens
Association in Northern Virginia on the wetlands issues
surrounding a staging area used for construction equipment
during the nearby Wilson bridge construction.

ensure environmental actions respond to programmatic
