Our People
Earthpace's President, Ken Markowitz, has demonstrated throughout his career the ability to solve technical and regulatory problems through the implementation of innovative ideas. Earthpace's Chief Executive Officer, Marcy Markowitz, is a marketing consultant and event planner. Meredith Reeves is our senior analyst. Earthpace also utilizes the regular services of an experience team of independent consultants and strategic partners.

Earthpace researches and analyzes environmental laws, regulations, and multilateral environmental agreements, evaluates regularoty risk, and develops strategies for its clients to meet legal and policy objectives. Earthpace assists governments around the world in implementing their regulatory programs and developing systems to measure and manage performance. Earthpace has advised governments on legislative reforms and has designed applications for the use of satellite remote sensing data in compliance monitoring, emergency response, impact assessment, water resources, and other regulatory contexts.
